Get To Happy

Happiness is a choice that you decide so if don't like the way your life is going simply turn around and change it. You must choose to be intentional in order to receive it. Get paper and pencil and do the following Steps:
Step One: Is recognizing or admitting to yourself you are not happy
Step Two: Why am I unhappy?...this is not what someone else or something that has been done to cause the feeling...this is why do I get this feeling when me, someone else, or a thing has been done to causes the unhappiness
Step Three: When did you first notice this feeling to unhappiness?....try to go as far as you can in your childhood and identify the first time you felt that feeling that led to this unhappiness you are feeling and write it down
Step Four: Now no matter what you are feeling right at this moment.....This is the moment you released your power to something or someone else (Call the Coach Dr. Hunter if you can't do this by yourself)....It is okay to allow the tears to flow...Let them flow this is cleansing at its best....Mediate right here for no less than 15 minutes....:)
Step Five: Let's Go Get The Happy Back ...Look right straight at it... the person or thing and say to it: TODAY I TAKE MY POWER BACK THAT I WITHOUT MY GOOD MIND GAVE TO YOU AND RIGHT NOW I RESTORE MY HAPPINESS TO MYSELF IT IS NO LONGER YOURS FOR THE TAKING!
Step Six: Celebrate Your Happy
Step Seven: Repeat steps 1-6 until you are Happy in every area of your life..
