"Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength"
Leo Buscaglia
Worry begins with a thought you allow to remain in your mind without sending it a cancellation notice. The more attention you give it the more it grows. With all this attention you have now manifested a storm in your mind; which makes your decisions irrational. This takes away your mental and physical energy leading you to close off the world around you. This mind behavior tells the universe: I can't handle what's happening to me, I'm defeated and so you are. Worry is interest paid in advance on a debt you may never owe and it creates a confused outcome.
I know this because I've done it over and over in my own mind; creating sleepless nights, headaches, irritability, crying spells, snapping at people for no good reason and pity parties, over eating to compensate for it. None of this will or has worked. Worry is the fear of being unable to solve a problem. It means you have decided to think that something bad has happened or could happen. Decide this in your mind first: Fear is nonexistent: It’s False Evidence Appearing Real. Change your focus and you will change your outcome.
Recognize worry when it shows up. Take complete control of the thought by snatching it out by replacing it with training your mind to see good in every situation.
"No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper and Every Tongue That Rises Against You Shall Be Condemned" Isaiah 54:17
How to stop worrying:
Make a Decision to STOP...When it arrives grab it and toss it out- “Cast down imaginations” (thoughts). 2nd Corinthians 10:4-5
Make a list of the thoughts separate them into two categories productive and unproductive...on the productive side take action and on the unproductive side work with your Life Coach to kill root cause
Embrace uncertainty don't worry about the “know how” become excited about learning something new
Take it away the power that uncertainty has; face it bring it out of darkness and into the marvelous light
Talk yourself through even though you are uncomfortable. Then work it out with Life Coach....Handle the real challenge
Stop the clock it's not an emergency define an emergency and determine if it does fit the description. You can either focus your mind on getting an answer right now or improving the moment.
See the worse scenario then deal with that
Cry if necessary than wash your face and create a plan
GET A LIFE COACH INVEST IN YOU NOT SLEEPLESS NIGHTS
Wishing you a productive day!
